My fitness journey began at eight when I discovered my passion for track and field, setting the stage for a lifelong commitment to fitness. My pursuit of this passion led me to earn a degree in kinesiology from Baylor University. After completing my collegiate track career, I created personalized workout plans for myself, achieving impressive results that inspired me to deepen my fitness knowledge and obtain my certification. With my credentials in hand, I found joy in helping others reach their fitness goals. Guiding individuals on their wellness journeys has become a rewarding extension of my own path.
